Our Place After School Care
There may be no better way to communicate what we do than through images. As you browse the Our Place After School Care old website designed by Zipporah and social media posts.
Homepage
The main homepage for Our Place After School Care website. Featuring a menu bar with the different pages, a donate now button, and in text the mission statement and the phone number for the business. It also included two pictures of teens at the program doing artwork and making things while at the program.
About Us
The About Us page on the home page and on the about page featured in text on the right hand side, "We are here to create a caring community." Then the Our Place mission statement. On the left hand side included a picture of three teens sitting around a tiable playing a board game together at the program.
Care Options
The care options page on the homepage was a landing part for the pages for the Our Place After School Care page, the Summer Program, and the Freedom Factory. These are all apart of the Our Place After School Care mission and are housed in the same building each has a picuture with teens from the program, or the shop in the freedom factory. Finally it also includes short descriptions of each program and how they serve the teens and the community.
Why Us
The why us on the main page and about us page highlighted the background about Our Place After School Care that is is the only place in rural Nebraska that provides support for teenagers after school so that families can continue working.
CARES
The CARES webpage featured the main parts of the mission statement and how Our Place fufills those statements. Under each heading there is a description of how our place serves this need through collaberative, afforable, responsible, respectful, and employment services. All of these were worked out with the Executive Director and the Board to ensure accuracy.
Enrollment
The enrollment page is very important to Our Place, since a majority of the business comes from supporting teens with disabilities afterschool. Making a easy to follow enrollment process was key and is clearly laid out in the two steps and enrollment documents that follow.
Enrollment Documents
Our Place required enrollment documents that are necessary such as the handbook, emergency contact, COVID wavier, payment agreement and all of these documents in espanol since some of the parents are bilingual.
